Brut IPA is one of the modern types of IPA, similar to champagne with the same name, it is dry, light and highly carbonated. This style has a slight bitterness, but the abundant late and dry hopping with El Dorado and Mosaic varieties gives it a bright aroma of citrus and tropical fruits.
