Raspberry Kölsch is a harmonious union of fruit and beer, in which the beer remains recognizable. The fruity flavor is felt, but it is well-balanced with the beer. We take traditional Kölsch and ferment it with natural raspberries. The result is a light, fruity beer that remains astringent, dry and has a bright, fresh raspberry aroma in the aftertaste.
