Gose is originally German beer style with noticeable acidity and brackish flavor due to water composition near Goslar city. In our version of Gose we added a generous portion of tomato puree, black pepper and coriander, creating a really unique taste. This beer style pairs perfectly with grilled meat and stir-fry dishes.
