The name Red Rye Ale speaks for itself. It is a red ale brewed with added rye malt. The balance of this beer is the malt, the taste and aroma of rye bread is complemented by notes of caramel, toasted malt and spicy accents of German Taurus hops. Red Rye Ale has a tight, smooth body and a mild carbonation that accentuates its malt characteristics.
