Full description:
Berry Smoothie - our second collaboration with the Polish brewery Magic Road, this beer is brewed in the Pastry Sour style, which is the specialty of this brewery. This is a complex style where the wort is first soured by lactic acid bacteria, and then fermented by beer yeast. It contains a large amount of lactose and oat flakes, and after the primary fermentation, we added puree of three different berries: strawberries, blackberries, and black currants. As a result, we get a sour-sweet beer with a bright berry aroma, a dense body, and a creamy aftertaste.
