Rauchbier – a beer with a strong and pronounced aroma of smoked malt. The world capital of smoked beer is undoubtedly the German city of Bamberg, where breweries still exist that produce smoked beer exclusively. Our smoked beer version was created together with Weyermann master brewer on the basis of a recipe that has already won several international awards. It is based on premium malt smoked on beech wood chips. In this beer, the smoky aroma is skilfully combined with roasted malt, caramel and hints of prunes; the dense malt body and pleasant sweetness, together with the spicy hops, complete this picture perfectly.
