The heart of our Keller Holz Gastropub is our unique refrigerated cold room. Due to the constant temperature, the taste of beer is always the same as it was when it left the factory. The entire variety of Keller Holz beer goes through cooled pipelines - like through blood vessels - directly into the glasses of our guests.

Dunkel – is a dark beer brewed using the original recipe of the Caspary family, where the brewery profession has been passed down through the generations since 1788. The old recipe of Dunkel beer is based on mixture of dark malts - Munich and Caramunich - as well as traditional German hop varieties. Landbier - the lightest and blondest beer in the Keller Holz range. It's a drinkable and refreshing unfiltered German lager in a rustic style. Landbier is brewed in many German breweries and is the best choice as a summer beer. An initial density of just 10% gives a low alcohol content and guarantees a light body and dryness in flavour. The fresh, herbaceous aroma of hops combined with a delicate level of bitterness accentuates the "rustic" flavour of the folk beer.

Indian Pale Ale is one of the most popular craft beer styles. The IPA first emerged in the history in the British colonies in India due to the difficulties in transportation. More hops were added to the beer as a natural preservative. Today, the American version of the IPA has become more popular, using hop varieties from the New World. IPA has a bright hop flavor with a high level of bitterness and aromas of citrus, tropical fruits and pine needles. It pairs ideally with grilled meat, steaks, any dishes with a bright taste and even with desserts, playing on the contrast of sweetness and bitterness.

Kölsch is refreshing and flawlessly transparent, usually with a very subtle fruity and hop flavor. Historically, the style originated in western Germany in the city of Cologne, at the beginning of the 20th century, when new filters began to be used in beer brewing for achieving transparency of beer. Alcohol-free naturally fermented beer. For preparing this beer we use special yeast with a low degree of fermentation, the German version of Cascade hops and, for full flavor, we add a mixture of light and several special malts. Weissbier is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer with at least 50% wheat malt. Vienna Lager is a historical lager developed by Anton Dreyer back in 1840. It is of a clear reddish copper color, moderately carbonated, it has the flavor of roasted malt with caramel tones and a balancing bitterness in the aftertaste. It works well with such dishes as red meat, smoked dishes or those stewed in tomato sauces, spicy ribs or grilled dishes, which are a great match to the wonderful amber lager.

Pilsner is a historically important beer style. All modern lagers owe their popularity to this style. It was first brewed in the early 1870s in Pilsen, and it has successfully conquered the world for the next 100 years. Pilsner is a clear, refreshing and drinkable lager. It has a moderate malt aroma, pronounced hop bitterness with notes of fresh grass and fruit. It pairs ideally with meat, oily fish and spicy food, which must be washed down with plenty of liquid.

Munich Helles is translated as "Munich light". This is a very popular lager in Germany, brewed in 1895 as a direct competitor to Pilsner. This beer has a very simple, clear flavor, it is light, transparent with a slight malt sweetness, slight bitterness and aroma of grassy hops. This is a great everyday light beer that works well with most types of dishes and snacks. It is as an excellent aperitif, pairs perfectly with any dish, and also helps to cope with spicy snacks.
