The heart of our Keller Holz Gastropub is our unique refrigerated cold room. Due to the constant temperature, the taste of beer is always the same as it was when it left the factory. The entire variety of Keller Holz beer goes through cooled pipelines - like through blood vessels - directly into the glasses of our guests.

Munich Helles is translated as "Munich light". This is a very popular lager in Germany, brewed in 1895 as a direct competitor to Pilsner. Landbier - the lightest and blondest beer in the Keller Holz range. It's a drinkable and refreshing unfiltered German lager in a rustic style. Landbier is brewed in many German breweries and is the best choice as a summer beer. An initial density of just 10% gives a low alcohol content and guarantees a light body and dryness in flavour. The fresh, herbaceous aroma of hops combined with a delicate level of bitterness accentuates the "rustic" flavour of the folk beer.

Vienna Lager is a historical lager developed by Anton Dreyer back in 1840. It is of a clear reddish copper color, moderately carbonated, it has the flavor of roasted malt with caramel tones and a balancing bitterness in the aftertaste. It works well with such dishes as red meat, smoked dishes or those stewed in tomato sauces, spicy ribs or grilled dishes, which are a great match to the wonderful amber lager.

Pilsner is a historically important beer style. All modern lagers owe their popularity to this style. It was first brewed in the early 1870s in Pilsen, and it has successfully conquered the world for the next 100 years. Pilsner is a clear, refreshing and drinkable lager. Weissbier is a traditional Bavarian wheat beer with at least 50% wheat malt. Indian Pale Ale is one of the most popular craft beer styles. The IPA first emerged in the history in the British colonies in India due to the difficulties in transportation. Rye Wine, a strong and robust English ale, literally translated as "rye wine," is a natural successor to its predecessor, Barley Wine. The term "Wine" in its name doesn’t refer to the presence of grapes, but rather to the high alcohol content 12% which resembles that of a wine. This beer has been aged for 12 months in oak barrels that previously held Moldovan divine Moldovan, enriching and complexing its flavor. Rye Wine greets the senses with aromas of crystallized fruits and caramel, then opens up with notes of oak and vanilla. The rye malt gives the beer a dense, almost viscous texture, heightened by its sweetness and spicy undertones.

Alcohol-free naturally fermented beer. For preparing this beer we use special yeast with a low degree of fermentation, the German version of Cascade hops and, for full flavor, we add a mixture of light and several special malts. The aroma has recognizable characteristic floral and spicy notes, a sweet malty flavor with appropriate bitterness and hop-characteristic opacity.
